| About the user account | Please log in with either your d account or your Google account. |
| If you are prompted to grant access permissions | When you see a confirmation screen on your smartphone requesting access permissions, be sure to grant access permissions. If you do not allow it, the machine may not operate properly. For details, refer to the instruction manual of your smartphone. |
| With a Google account, I can't get out of device management (Google account) after pressing the login button | If you are stuck in device management, please log out of device management and log in again. |
| The error message "Login failed, this browser or app may not be secure." is displayed and I can't log in |
Depending on the Google account you are using, this error may be displayed.
Try the following:
(1) Select "..." in the upper right corner of the browser window and then select "Switch to smartphone display".
(2) On the Google login screen, enter your Google account and password to log in.
It will be displayed on your smartphone and can be used as it is.
* If you want to switch to PC display
Select "..." in the upper right corner of the browser window and then select "Switch to PC display".

If you are unable to log in because you are redirected to the "Users logged in to Google" screen, please log in by one of the following methods.
1. Adding a new account and then log in
Select "Add Account to Device".
When the login screen appears, enter your user ID and password.
After logging in, the account selection screen will be displayed again, so you can complete the login by selecting the account you added.
2. Log out and log back in
Select "Log Out".
When the login screen appears, enter your user ID and password. You can log in from this screen.
